He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Sampsell and Mary Z. "Sarge" Sampsell (Coira). He is survived by: his brothers, Eric Sampsell of Aurora, CO and Paul C. Sampsell (Lock Haven); his stepson Steven Guerriero II (Lindsay); his stepgrandchildren, Autumn, Addie, Hannah and Scot; and his niece Katelyn Traxler.
