He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin F. Kurtz and Judith E. Miller Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Watkins; his siblings, Shawn Kurtz (Stacie) of Lock Haven, Cathy Andrus of Avis and Becky Saxton of Avis; his brother-in-law Roy; and his pets, Coco, Sassy and Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
