We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 83, Russell Neff of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, born in Salona, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russell Neff to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Neff and Harriet Boob Neff; his wife Barbara L. Fogleman; and his siblings, Nancy, Ralph, Robert, Charles and Kenneth Neff.
He is survived by: his children, Steven R. Neff (Frances) of Salona and Karen M. Rudock (Richard) of Mechanicsburg; his sisters, Kathryn Tolbert of Lock Haven and Margaret "Peggy" Mumbauer (Williamsport); his grandchildren, Rick Rudock (Ashley), Katherine Rudock and Zachary Neff; and his great grandchild Charlotte Mae Rudock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the American Heart Association.
