He is survived by: his mother Audrey Shadle (Merryman) of McElhatten; his sisters, Jody Meredith (Steve) of Lock Haven, Cindy Shadle of Lock Haven and Bobbie Jo Shadle of Lock Haven; his uncles, Charles Shadle of Dunnstown, Glenn Shadle (Nancy) of Rauchtown and Butch Bowmaster of McElhatten; and his aunt Marie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
