He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Blazina of Lock Haven, Donna Stevenson of Mill Hall and Tammie Stevenson of Lock Haven; his grandchildren, Jessica Vonada, Joey Evans, Jaydon Brown, Cameron Steele and Sandra Blazina; and his great grandchildren, Izick, Benit, Emmarie Evans and Brayden Blazina.
