He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Winner and Mary Shoemaker Winner; and his brothers, Timothy and Calvin Winner. He is survived by: his wife Trudi A. Hawkins; his friends, Mike Christopher, Harry Grubb and Mike Seybold; his son Scott L. Winner of Howard; his siblings, Beverly Herrold (Rick) of Avis, Deanna Jodun (Buddy) of Jersey Shore, Dennis Winner (Kathleen Merrill) of Lock Haven and William Winner of Flemington; and his grandchildren, Brandon and Taylor Winner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
