It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Stover (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), born in Millheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Stover and Beatrice E. Stover (Keen); and his sister Karen E. Stover Hafer (Alan) of Bernville, PA.. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Persun of Trout Run; his siblings, Kerry W. Stover (Trudy) of Flemington and Cythia K. Shumac of Flemington; his daughter Judy Ann Smith (Jimmy) of Washingtonville, OH; his grandchildren, Meg, Nicole and Douglas R. Stover (Liz) of Rayland, OH; his great grandchildren, DJ, Rob and Scottina "Tina" Stover Smith (Michelle) of Concord, CA; and also, Sylvia and Jessica. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
