He was predeceased by: his parent Edward W. Leitch. He is survived by: his parent Nellie M. Ragor Leitch; his son Justin Litz (Rachel Kenyon) of Lock Haven; his grandchildren, Cameron, Mason, Torran Litz, Penny, Mark, James, Wade, Amber, Brittany and Scotty Reese; and his sister-in-law Doris Leitch.
