He was predeceased by: his father Richard Ross Kline, Sr.; his brother Thomas D. Kline; and his nephew William "Bill" Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Todd C. Kline (Nancy Rodabaugh) of Lock Haven and Molly K. Irvin (Colby) of Beech Creek; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Kline, Elisabeth Kline, Kathryn Kline and Selia Irvin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County Relay for Life or Lock Haven Area Jaycees.
