He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Embick and Josephine Embick (Stevenson). He is survived by: his children, Meghann, Malea, Madelynne and Milliana; and his siblings, Raymond P. Clymer (Brenda) of McElhattan, Mary T. Hensler (Vance) of Linden, Paula R. Fudge (Dave) of Oval, Angela D. Englert (Ken) of Lock Haven, Stephanie A. Scott (Adam) of Oval and Jamie C. Carson (Jim) of Avis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his daughters request donations to be made in honor of Ralph R. Embick to Yellowstone Llamas (Llama 4 Love) 59 Bull Run Road, Livingston, Montana 59047.
