It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Wert of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Geraty and Martha Miller Geraty; her children, Annette and Keith Wert; and her sister Claire Knarr.
She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Wert of Lock Haven; her children, Patti DeArment (Rick) of Allenwood and Sam Wert (Gina) of McElhattan; her daughter-in-law Wendy Wert of Aliquippa; and her sister Marion Hazzard of Norristown. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Phyllis' name may be made to Lock Haven First Church of Christ through the funeral home.
