She was predeceased by: her siblings, Maxine Brungard (Harold), Betty Rine (Clarence), Boyd Powers, Jr. (Mary) and Blair Powers. She is survived by: her parents, Helen Hoy Powers and Boyd F. Powers, Sr.; her children, Joseph M. Dicello, Jr. (Karen) of Lock Haven and Toni A. Venezia (Charles) of Fairview Village; her grandchildren, Michael Dicello, III, Francesca Rose Venezia and Charles Venezia, Jr.; her sister Marjorie Lachat (Ken) of Nortumberland; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Powers Bennett and Paul C. Dietrich; and her nieces and nephews, Peg Duck, Dawn Rymes, Diane DeMarte, Lou Brungard, Gary Powers and Clarence Rine, Jr. (Tuffy). She is also survived by cousins, great nieces and nephews, and special dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clinton County United Way through the funeral home.
