She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond L. Dowling and Edna K. Dowling (Dapp); and her sisters, Emmeline Frye, Dody Briening, Sissy Karstetter and Mary Sherman.
She is survived by: her husband William Gouldner; her sons, Michael Shilling of Lock Haven and Matt Shilling of New Orleans, LA; and her granddaughters, Sherry Zimmerman of Lock Haven, Wendy Gavlock of Bellefonte and Jennifer Shilling of Philadelphia.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Helt Funeral Chapel, Inc. (232 Hogan Blvd, Mill Hall, PA 17751).
