With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick J. Leone (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 7, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred "Luigi" Leone and Philomena Leone (Lapriola); his close friend Carol Leone (Duck); his daughters, Anna Peddie (Rob) and Michelle Crowell (Bill); his granddaughters, Jessica Williams (Conner), Sarah Peddie (Shaun Levine) and Maia Crowell; and his siblings, Margaret Hosley and Angelo Leone (Sonja) of Williamsport.
In 2016, Pat was the recipient of a kidney donation and became an advocate for organ donation. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to Donate Life of PA, 204 Sigma Drive, Pittsburgh PA 15238.
