She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Tate and Helen Maggs Tate; her husband Carl E. Russell; and her siblings, Frederick Tate, Jeannette Collins and Marie Eggler.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Russell (Brenda) of Mill Hall and Craig Russell of Lock Haven; and her grandchildren, Eric Russell (Haley), Lauren Russell (Boyd), Brooke Perez (Andy) and Morgan Russell (Kyle). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and one great grandchild.
Memorial contributions in Pat's name may be made to either Chestnut Grove Recreational Authority or Belles Springs Golf Course through the funeral home.
