It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Irene Kern of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father William Wayne Kern. She is survived by: her mother Molly Ruth Lyons Kern; her close friend Alan Sementelli of Lock Haven; her children, Tara Rae Long of Lock Haven, Loc Wesley Long of North Bend and Logan James Long of Greenville; her stepchildren, Destiny Long of New York and Katelynn Sementelli of Flemington; her brother William Homer Kern (L. Elaine) of Blanchard; and her grandson Darren Stringfellow. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County Camp Cadet.
