She is survived by: her significant other Richard Fryer of Lock Haven; her children, Shane Higgins of Florida and Carrie Higgins of Lock Haven; her grandchildren, Drew, Ashley and Keegan; her sisters, Linda Cole of Lock Haven and Norma Yost of Ft. Pierce, FL; her aunt Dorothy Maddy of Lock Haven; and her nieces, Crystal, Shelly and Casey.
