He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond S. Schrack and Bessie P. Schrack (Harbach); and his siblings, Glenn, Daniel Schrack, Ruth Thompson, Mildred Trostle and Lois Imes.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Schrack (Hoy); and his sister Leona Kemmerer of Loganton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Nelson's name may be made to either the American Cancer Society or Williamsport North Rehabilitation Center through the funeral home.
