She was predeceased by: her parent Floyd Newberry; her siblings, Floyd Newberry, Jr., Donald "Gene" Newberry, Carole Culvey, Judith Englert and Phillip Newberry; her daughter-in-law Becky Mills Kinley; and her great grandchild Rhage Mills.
She is survived by: her parent Gladys Perry Newberry; her spouse Albert L. "Jack" Mills, Jr.; her children, Albert L. of Lock Haven, Tammy L. Neff (Jeff) of Castanea and Paula M. Curtis of Lock Haven; her sisters, Pauline Ammerman, Beverly Grassmier and Doris Merrifield; her grandchildren, Tara Peters (Dave), Nichole Risbon (John), Shawn Mills, Brandi Jo Mills, Jonathon F. Curtis and Jared L. Curtis (Christina); her great grandchildren, Demareon, Daevon, Skye, Jaden, Jaimelyn, Autumn, Carley and Jullien; and also Mills, Jr. of Lock Haven.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Lock Haven Salvation Army Church.
