He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret "Peg" Packer; and his wife Paula D. Grubb. He is survived by: his father George Packer; his grandchildren, Owen Gill, Jackson Gill and Madelynn Barner; his daughters, Amanda Packer of Lock Haven and Rachael Packer of Lock Haven; his sister Sandy Packer Adams of New York; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Crawford (Rich) of New Jersey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (3 E Walnut St, Lock Haven, PA 17745).
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Keystone Central Foundation for purposes of establishing an annual scholarship for a graduating student.
