He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Flanagan and Katherine Flanagan (O'Toole); his sister Kerry A. Flanagan; and his siblings-in-law, James Fickes and Rachelle Flanagan.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Flanagan (McCahan) of Lock Haven; his children, Kada R. Stull, Summer G. Flanagan and Joshua W. Flanagan; and his siblings, Suzanne M. Fickes, Robert W. Flanagan Jr. and Christopher J. Flanagan.
