He is survived by: his mother Jamest Falls Parker; his wife Heather Sheaffer; his children, Shelbey Parker, Kolton, Devyn and Hunter Parker; his brothers, Randy, Steve, Chuck and Tim Payton; and his granddaughter Lilli Confer.
