He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia A. Leathers. He is survived by: his father Craig P. Miller; his girlfriend Dana Eichenlaub; his stepmother Diane M. Miller; his brother Frank P. (Julie); his stepbrothers, Jason Olmstead (Carrie) and Matt Olmstead (Tiffany); his grandmother Gertrude Leathers; and his uncles, Jeff Miller (Sue) and Terry Miller. He is also survived by his family, his co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lock Haven Catholic School Endowment Fund, c/o LHCS, 311 W. Water St., Lock Haven, PA 17745, where Matthew had so many fun times and made numerous lifetime friends and memories.
