He is survived by: his parents, John B. Hoy and Meriam McDermit Hoy; his brothers, Mark B. Hoy (Michelle) of Clintondale and John B. Hoy, III (Tammy) of McElahattan; his nephews, John B. Hoy IV and Alexander Kemmerer; and his niece Alyssa Hoy.
