She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Kennedy and Alma Fortier Kennedy; her husband Harold Tate; her son John L. Tate; and her siblings, Arthur Kennedy, Margaret Marshall, Ann Enos and Evelyn Felton.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine M. Simcox of Lock Haven; her siblings, Dale Kennedy of Hale, MI and Patricia Kennedy (Janet Smith) of Grand Rapids, MI; and her grandchildren, Michelle Simcox, Patrick Simcox (Katie), Gary Simcox (Nichole) and David Simcox, Jr. (Rachel). She is also survived by 11 great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
