She was predeceased by: her husband Walter H. Packer; her parents, William Osborne and Thelma Osborne (Zeigler); and her brother Thomas Osborne. She is survived by: her children, Michael E. Packer of Lock Haven and Betty I. Packer of Flemington. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
