She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond C. King and Florence C. Tressler Allen; her son David Shade; and her siblings, Mary Hevner, Ray, Arthur, Bruce, Tom, Irvin King, Ivalu Bernard and Phyllis King.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore Shade (Patricia) of Tennessee, June Swope of Lock Haven, Bill Shade (Tess) of Florida, Margaret Bechdel (Frank) of Bellefonte and Sandra Shade of Mill Hall. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
