She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Kreamer and Doris Brownlee Kreamer; her in-laws, Lawrence and Florence Peddigree; and her siblings, Boyd Kreamer, Andrea Hackenberg and Doris Peddigree.

She is survived by: her husband Gregory Peddigree Sr.; her siblings, Amy Nickerson and Richard Kreamer; and her friend Dianna White.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lois's honor to the Lock Haven SPCA.
