He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lachat and Edna Herr Lachat; his wife Patricia Ann Zener; and his siblings, Albert, Edward, William, Charles Lachat, Catherine Lachat and Olive Zerbe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Kay Lachat of Virginia, Jennifer Lachat of Lock Haven and Lou Ann Lachat of Annville; and his siblings, Kenneth Lachat of Northumberland, Betty J. Olmstead of Lock Haven and Shirley Russell of North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County SPCA.
