He is survived by: his mother Carol Brown Hills; his stepfather Theodore Hills of Nippenose Village; his brother Thomas Brown (Dawn) of Swissdale; his daughter Erin Herr (Forest) of Bellefonte; his niece Sarah Brown (Nick Connolly); his great-nephew Samuel of Nittany; and his nephew Seth Brown (Kristin Manhart) of Swissdale. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
