He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Margaret Ann Royer Matter, Dana Lee Phillips Yocum, Patricia Phillips Jackson, Karen Muther Masi, John D. Phillips, Wayne Muthler and Larry Muthler; and his brother-in-law James Muthler.
