She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer E. Irvin and Sara K. Irvin (Coble); her children, Darlene Smith and Samuel; and her siblings, Jim Irvin, John Irvin, Raymond Irvin, Monabelle Probst, Dorothy King and Valbulla Weaver.
She is survived by: her son Ronald E. Irvin of Lebanon, TN; and her sister Delores Brown of Jersey Shore. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
