He was predeceased by: his parent John "Jack" Watson. He is survived by: his parent Emma "Frances" Bowes Watson; his spouse Kay Sigmund; his children, Casey Watson of Lock Haven and Marisha Cruz (Ivan) of Lock Haven; his sister Nancy Poorman (Vern) of Florida; his grandson Jovanny Karlos Cruz of Lock Haven; and his significant other Margaret S. Yahn of Mill Hall.
