He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy E. Allen and Geraldine Allen (Schadt); his spouse Jean M. Allen (Epperly); and his siblings, Beverly Heverly, Patty Myer, Mona and Gerald.
He is survived by: his son Lanny P.; his daughter-in-law Joyce Allen of McElhattan; and his sister Ruth Ann Savio of Howard. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; six step-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Salvation Army through the funeral home.
