He was predeceased by: his brother Travis Deppen; and his grandparents, Coral, Paul Moats, Patricia and Stanley Deppen.
He is survived by: his parents, Judy Dashner of Woolrich and Kenneth Deppen of Myrtle Beach; his godmother Stephanie Cooper; his siblings, Amanda Reynolds, Ryan Moats, Amber Lajoie and Rachael Dashner; his daughters, Lily and Kenzi Deppen; his nieces, Alexis, Haley and Morgan; his great-niece Renleigh; his uncle Paul; his aunts, Terrie Moats, Vickie King of Lake Havasu, AZ and Betty Reitz; and his sister Maggie.
