It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Mervin Cox (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter M. Cox and Susan Tharp Cox; and his wife Glenda G. Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Michael K. of Allentown, Richard M. of Orefield, David E. (Deanna) of Hanover, Dr. Lawrence G. (Brenda) of Lewisberry, Daniel J. (Amy) of Browns Summit, N. C. and Deborah D. Desmond (Doug) of Clintondale; his brother Laurence F. (Patricia) of Reading; and his nephews, Andy and Tim of Lock Haven. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; one foster granddaughter; seven foster great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dr. Ken & Glenda Cox Athletic Foundation, c/o Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
