He was predeceased by: his stepfather Doug Musselman. He is survived by: his parents, Judy Musselman (Bechdel) of Carlisle and Keith A. Miller, Sr. of McElhattan; his daughter Patience Miller of Williamsport; and his significant other Mandy Blackburn of Carlisle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
