He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Keith Kelly and Emma Kelly (Smith); his wife Janice Heverly; his brother Gary; and his daughter Patricia Jean.
He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Smith and Rachel Turner (Thane). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
