She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman O. Temple and Harriett Temple (Selfe); her husband Herbert S. Wadsworth; her son Herbert A. Wadsworth; her siblings, Lawrence, Charles, Gerald, Ella, Elaine, Patricia, Thyra and Amy; and her grandson Daniel Wadsworth.
She is survived by: her sons, Leonard Wadsworth (Maria) of Texas and John Wadsworth (Wendy) of Williamsport; her daughter-in-law Lillian Wadsworth of Howard; her brother Roderick Temple of Arkansas; her grandchildren, Wendy LeVan (Troy), Alan Wadsworth, Farrah Shoemaker (Ken), Chase Wadsworth, Erik Wadsworth (Cassi), Jared Wadsworth, Tiera Ottaviano (Justin), Tavor Wadsworth, Elizabeth Wadsworth, Leonard Wadsworth and Michael Wadsworth; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Zerby (Russell), Blake (Kierstan), Jayda, Chase, Landon, Aaliyah, Zavier Wadsworth, Javon, Jionni and Julion Ottaviano; and her great great grandchildren, Perseus and Athena Zerby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
