She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Marshall, Sr.; her children, Ronald A. Bower, Sr. (Toni) of Mill Hall, Russell A. Marshall (Marilyn) of Muncy, Rodney K. Marshall (Colleen) of Marietta, Charles L. Marshall, Jr. of Union Grove and David L. Marshall (Barbara) of Trout Run; her siblings, James Bower, Janice Bower and Valeria Withers; and her grandchildren, Ronald A. Bower, Jr., Michael J. Bower, Alyssa N. Probert, Christopher Haggard, Kaylee M. Marshall, Chase L. Marshall, Shayna Schultz, Ashlee Hogsett, Kyle Bower, Crystal Moritko, David Marshall, Bobbi Jo Keith, Susan McMonagle and Desiree Lynch.
