He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Dale Conway; and his brother Dillion Conway. He is survived by: his family, Desiree, Dillion, Wyatt and Levi; his significant other Desiree Hartlieb of Lock Haven; his son Dillion Dale of Lock Haven; his stepsons, Wyatt of Lock Haven and Levi Hartlieb of Lock Haven; his brothers, Gregory Conway of Loganton and Travis Conway (Kaitlin) of Lock Haven; his nieces, Angela and Addison Conway; and his pet Leon.

In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that memorial contributions be given a trust fund to benefit his son, Dillion.
