John Webner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2021, at the age of 86, John Webner of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Fetzer Webner (Aungst). He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Rhine and Isabella Rhine; his granddaughter Erin Fetzer of Lock Haven; and also, Leslie Fetzer of Lock Haven, Michael Fetzer (Brenda) of Lock Haven and Douglas Fetzer of Lock Haven. He is also survived by his wife and parents.
In lieu of flowers and donations, it would honor John best to do something special for a Veteran.
