He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Kuntz and Marian I. Shaffer Kuntz; and his siblings, Charles, Edward, Richard, Paul, Bill, Raymond Kuntz, Barbara Barzona, Beryl Ingui, Josephine Dozier and Vivian Kuntz.
He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Quiggle; his children, Ann M. Brickley (Randy) of Lock Haven, Gayle L. Hummel (Steve) of Lock Haven and John M. Kuntz of Lock Haven; his sisters, Rita Clark (Richard) of Lock Haven and Mary Pat Zimmerman of Lock Haven; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Alyssa, Justin, Avery and Jamie.
