He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver and Elsie Weaver (Kramer); his significant other Mildred Marie Weaver (Yost); and his siblings, Carrie Bolin (Darrell) and Butchie Bryerton.
He is survived by: his sons, Joel Weaver Jr. (Shelly) of Ocala, FL and Mark Weaver (Darlene); his brother Greg Weaver (Kathi); his grandchildren, Nicole Monoski (Ryan) and Mark Weaver of Catonsville, MD; and his great grandchildren, James and Sara Monoski.
Memorial contributions in Joel's name may be made through the funeral home to the Walnut Street Church of Christ or mailed to the church at 714 West Walnut St., Lock Haven, PA 17745.
