She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson R. Hamel and Ruth M. Hamel (Campbell); her son Dennis Kinley; and her sisters, Jane Melnik and Mary Hamel.
She is survived by: her friend Sarah; her children, Barbara Wensel (Carl) of Mill Hall and Donald Kinley, Jr. of Mill Hall; her brother John Hamel (Sheila) of New York; her brother-in-law Emil Melnik of Indiana; and her grandchildren, Shana, Casey, Kaeleigh, Kyleigh and Kaelob.
Memorial contributions in Joan's name may be made to the Clinton County S.P.C.A. through the funeral home.
