She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roger Libby and Suzanne Meixell; her daughter Kara Libby-Kramer (Trevor) of Lock Haven; her fiancé Tom Epley of Jersey Shore; and her siblings, Maredith Spangler (Mike) of Lewisburg and Peter Libby (Cora) of Lewisburg.
