VanHorn (Amy Derr) of Elizabethtown, David VanHorn (Shelia Butler) of Lock Haven and Michelle VanHorn Brown of Virginia; his siblings, Larry VanHorn, Alice Young, Barb Waterman and Bonnie Kinley; his grandchildren, Jacob Brown (Katie), Heather Brown, Jessica Neely (Connor), Michael VanHorn (Cassie), Stephanie VanHorn, Erin Cuomo (Blake), Jacob VanHorn and Robert VanHorn; and his great grandchildren, Holden Neely, Hadley Neely and Genevieve VanHorn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Swissdale United Methodist Church.
