He was predeceased by: his sister Penny Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Margie E. Gallagher of Lock Haven; his children, Heather, James, Jamie and Christian Luce; his daughter-in-law Sherri Rose; his stepdaughter Stephanie Reese (Josh); his sister Julie Vargeson; and his brother-in-law Gerald Lowe. He is also survived by several grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and many additional family members and friends.
