He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth E. Smith; his children, Melissa R. Falsion of Mill Hall, PA, Chelsea R. Walker (Bruce, Jr.) of Mill Hall, PA, Debra A. Karstetter (Chad) of Mill Hall, PA and Douglas L. Shultz (Carrie); and his siblings, Delight Stempka (Ron) of Erie, PA., James Shultz of Lock Haven, PA and John Shultz (Toni). He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 2 Step-Grandchildren.
