He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Baldwin and Sarah Bowmaster; his wife Ruth A. Sweitzer; and his son David L. Strickland. He is survived by: his children, Becky A. Eury, Kim Tarantella (Joseph), Deb Wheeler, Irvine Bowmaster (Anna) of Castanea, PA, Mike Bowmaster (Billie) of Castanea, PA and Floyd Bowmaster (Dusty); and his brothers, Floyd Baldwin, Jr. of Lockport, PA. and Gary Baldwin of Lockport, PA.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
